25.06.2010  Scarlet Sails-2010

During the night between the 19 and 20st of June a holiday of graduates «Scarlet Sails 2010» has passed in Petersburg. This year Dima Bilan, Alexander Rybak, group "Chelsea", group "Marseilles" and other executors have acted on the Palace Square. Organizers have prepared the present surprise for all spectators which is the well-known Canadian circus Cirque du Soleil has acted, and unique pyrotechnic and multimedia show was shaking.

It is very pleasant for us that organizers of such a considerable event have addressed to our services for the second year. We hope for the profitable cooperation for the next year either.

19.06.2010  The St. Petersburg international economics forum 2010

The St. Petersburg international economics forum 2010 is the main annual economic summit of Russia and many other leading countries, also named «Russian Davos». Since 1997 St. Petersburg has been the place where the international economics forum has been spent.

In 2010 the total quantity of the participants of the St. Petersburg international economics forum was more than 4200 persons of 87 countries of the world. 2 066 Russian and 2 142 foreign representatives of business have visited the Forum platform on June, 17-19th, 2010. Among participants of the official program of the Forum there were about 80 heads of the largest world companies, heads and managers of the top echelon from 325 foreign and 360 Russian companies, the official delegations from 80 countries.

It’s very pleasant for us to say that such a big event hasn’t passed through our presence. The “AVANPOST” bodyguards provided VIP-security of few main guests of the forum.

The "Lenta" company has summed the totals up to the 2009 year end. Among 22 Private Security Companies cooperating with them, Smart Security Group AVANPOST took the 1st place. 26.03.2010  Catherine Deneuve visit to the Literature and Cinema Russian festival

Smart Security Group AVANPOST is happy to announce we took the active participation in providing security while opening the Literature and Cinema Russian festival that was taking place since March 19 to March 25, and also we directly provided VIP-security for the star of the world cinema, madame Catherine Deneuve who was at the event.  Besides providing security for the cinema where the event took place we were accompanying this high person all round the official and cultural meetings. 16.02.2010  Round Table Summit jointly with "Seccredo AB"

On February 16, 2010 Round Table took place in Hotel Marriott Courtyard St.Petersburg Vasilievsky jointly with "Seccredo AB" and Smart Security Group "AVANPOST". The theme for the summit was "Managing for Success in Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad area". The reporters were D. 30.06.2009  AVANPOST GUARDS VOLVO OCEAN RACE DURING FINAL IN ST.PETERSBURG

AVANPOST was the official sponsor of guarding services during Volvo Ocean Race in St. Petersburg  

July 24 -28 th of June 2009. Everything passed on perfect except for the weather. TV International Massmedia, Volvo Ocean Races own transmissions to all of the world, papers, radio etc broadcast the success of the 8 yachts entering the St. Petersburg harbor. The yachts were met outside Kronstadt by a special ferry with the leadership of Avanpost in the morning Saturday the27 th of June. 

Later that day yachts entered the sand in front of the Peter Paul fortress and were met by the crows that steadily cooped with the persistent rain. The official reception in Restaurant “Blesk” also secured by AVANPOST , was attended by the Governor of St. Petersburg Mrs Matvienko, who held a heart-warming speech, in which she thanked all sponsors including AVANPOST.

The Skipper of the Russian Yacht Kosatka , Mr. Stig Westergaard, says in an special Interview for AVANPOST that “ he is very happy to have finally reached the shores of Russia and that Kosatka is now at harbor at home”. “It was tough after Singapore but we made the final leg, that is Stockholm to St. Petersburg and we are proud to have reached the final goal, albeit all problems.” Skipper Stig Westergaard says with a broad, happy but tired smile.

22.06.2009  AVANPOST SAFE-GUARDED ALYE PARUSA

During the night between the 20 and 21st of June the traditional celebration of school-leavers, Alye Parusa, took place in Saint-Petersburg. This night is a very special night due to the fact many school-leavers graduate and want to celebrate. Sometimes the festivities may be too hilarious...

This year 35000 school-leavers graduated. The expectations of the celebration were high.. Every pupil recieved an entrance ticket for two persons to the concert started. The City Police, OMON, Avanpost and other security organizations splendidly arranged and surveilled the Alye PArusa celebration.  

TV channel Peterburg - 5th channel broadcast the event. The press-coverage was convincing.

Governor Valentina Ivanovna Matvienko and the Minister of education Mr. Andrey Aleksandrovich Fursenko held the inauguration speech. The rock group Banderoll, the singer Maksim and the winner of the 2008 Eurovision Song context Mr. Dima Bilan took part.

Governor Valentina Matvienko said that celebration proceeded in good order. According to the Governor 2,5 million students, guests and citizens of St.Petersburg took part in the celebration.

The celebration will be remembered by students for ever. It will be remembered as highly appreciated event of the city, thanks to the City Police, Avanpost and other security organizations.

The Governor thanked all that helped organize the celebration and the Graduation balls.

The tradition to celebration of Alye Parusa during the white Nights at the river banks of Neva started 1968.

The ship Alye Parusa i.e. the ship with red sails, from the novel written by Alekander Green became the symbol for the celebration.

25.05.2009  AVANPOST OFFICIAL SECURITY PARTNER AT VOLVO OCEAN RACE 2009

Avanpost will take care of the security during the Regatta Volvo Ocean Race in Petersburg 25 th to the 29 th of June. The finish of Volvo Ocean Race will take place in Petersburg. Avanpost will have 48 guards covering the event each day .This is the most important world sailing event during the year.

Peter Paul Fortress will be the harbour for the 8 VOR ships. Avanpost will also cover the security at sea while the Yachts are entering Peter Paul fortress. The fortress will be open to the public and the amount of visitors will be around 500.000. Approx 3000 international VIPs are awaited.

In April a general security-check took place in the MEGA-IKEA shopping malls in Russia. We are proud of the fact that by the results of the check Smart Security Group AVANPOST got the highest point. In the beginning of April Smart Security Group Avanpost took part in the The Coordinating Council under GUVD of Saint-Petersburg enlarged session along with other security copmanies of our city. Smart Security Group "Avanpost" Security Managers aspire to raise their staff's qualification by means of trainings. Thus, in the "Castorama" hypermarket  the fire safety training was held. On the first stage of the training security officers got a theoretical knowledge about ways of primary fire-extinguishing means application and order of actions in case of fire breaking. Summarizing the results of the leaving year, we are proud of the fact the list of our clients filled up with a few large retail nets, a major foreign production company, one more General Consulate with keeping almost all large clients. 09.08.2007  Porshe test-drive

"AVANPOST" managers planed and provided full complex of the security policy for the test-drive of "Porshe" that was organized personally by the concern.

Test-drive was on the race track of "Nevskoe ring" in Saint-Petersburg. In spite of the bad weater event past without incidents and our clients hi graded our work.

24.07.2007  Football in Yaroslavl'

Security of mass events is an integral part of our work and in this month we had got invaluable experience of safety control really mass events. 

24th and 27th of july our unit "AVANPOST-JAROSLAVL" provided security of Russian championship football games in Jaroslavl at the stadium of Shinnik. 24th of july - team Shinnik, played draw 1:1 with Terek and at 27th of july owners won at Anji 2:0.

1 of july in northern capital passed anniversary celebration of USA independence organized by Saint-Petersburg embassy of “American’s chamber of commerce”.

“AVANPOST” group is its member and we provide security there on this event not for the first time. There were drink reception, games and the concert. Summer garden – one of the S.-Petersburg’s pearls, graceful sculpturally-park outfit in this year, after planned “desiccation” there was act of vandalism.

20th of May passed through the city's celebration on the Sverdlovskaya embankment in S.-Petersburg that was dated to  the  first sea victory of Russia that was near the Nienshanc fortress at 1703.

Following our annual tradition AVANPOST™ had organized a corporate holiday in the open air at the end of summer.

The great recess took place 40 km away from Vyborg in a picturesque camping “Yagodnoe” situated along the Scandinavia route. The whole two day rest went on in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere with swimming, sunbathing, paint ball battles and parties replacing each other. Many of the employees had taken along their spouses and children, so the whole event was more of a joint two day vacation for the company's managers, administrative staff and senior executives.
We are absolutely convinced we'll have a lot of nice memories of this event.

In the last week of July, AVANPOST™ had been involved in a purely unique event organised with the help of the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce and Jaguar Land Rover Russia – 40 examples of legendary Jaguars, members of the XK Club descended on the streets of Saint-Petersburg driven by their enthusiastic owners and convoyed by AVANPOST™ security team.

Our city appeared to be a culminating point of the Jaguar XK Club Grand Tour taking in Norway , Finland , Sweden , Estonia and Denmark. It was for the three days that fabulous British roadsters had been featuring the streets of Saint-Petersburg and on Monday the 2km convoy moved towards the Estonian border being traditionally accompanied by AVANPOST™ escort cars. It was our pleasure to ensure that the whole route of the rally ran smoothly offering a unique chance for everyone to see the British motoring heritage moving through the streets of the Northern Venice.

All Petersburg with a freezed heart was waiting for arriving of famous four, legendary Pol Makkartny and he didn't dissapoint people on the concert, raised up the memories of those days when "Beatles mania" ruled the world, all people standed through hole concert, singing and dancing under every song.

That was a first consert of sir Pol in russian city and three thousand's consert since he became a musician when he was 15 years old. " I was amased when people told me that this concert will be 3000", - said sir Pol a little earlier. Now the singer is 62 tears old on friday and president of Russia Vladimir Putin congratulated him by phone. All tickets were sold more earlier the concert and reselled for the prise till 500$.

Two hours and halp part show started very late because of unprecedented security policy. 2500 security officers provided security of the event and the fans had to go through three control items before they entered the Palace square where the was the concert.
